you bruise you lose

i might love my life. ok i do love my life. 

i have had the most amazing month! i have been so busy and have made so many new friends and have just been learning so much about myself. i can't even get over how much the Lord has blessed my life just through people. i'm a different woman than i was 6 weeks ago. it's amazing.

i've been traveling the last week with one of our groups, Group 1 Crew (www.group1crew.com - go there. i helped put the site together. go to iTunes and buy their album ... Ordinary Dreamers. you WON'T be disappointed!). they are 3 of the most amazing men and women of God that i have ever met in my life! they are the same people on stage as they are off stage and are such a dear part of my heart now. i miss being on the road with them! it was so fun hanging out with them and doing the things that artists do.

i flew by myself for the first time from Nashville to Dallas last week and it was so fun!!! i was so nervous before i got on the plane but it turned out to the be so easy! it makes me excited for my trip to Switzerland next year. i know now that i can get on a plane by myself and it's not as hard as i thought :)

while traveling i got my bruises. MANY bruises! my luggage was heavy and i had to carry around a really heavy camera case. well ... here is a picture of on of the bruises i got. it looks like i was abused but i actually remember this one very vividly. i slammed the camera case into my arm and wanted to cry. it looks a lot better now than it did yesterday. 

so now i am back home. fall started while i was away and has done nothing but bless me since i got back. i have my windows open and am just soaking it all up. the air smells nice. it feels cool and i am just happy.

the Lord is working in my life so fervently. i can't get enough of him. i can't spend enough time with him. this is the life. this is what it is all about!

i pray over each of you that the Lord is working in your life as well. i pray in the name of Jesus that he is stirring in your soul and giving you the same peace that i am finding in my own soul.
