weekend o' fun

as i promised here is a photo of the new hair. 

do i love it? i do! this picture doesn't really show it very well. it's a little more messy than the photo shows. the back is stacked. i couldn't really get a good picture of it. but you get the point. i like that it really can't get messed up and when i wake up in the mornings it actually doesn't look that bad :) 

i've had a few moments of panic over it but for the most part it is great. i am sure it will grow on me everyday. literally :)

last night i had the pleasure of going to a nationwide NASCAR race. it was fantastic. we had pit passes which means more than you think it might. we were actually in the pits. we could have jumped over the wall and helped if we wouldn't have gotten kicked out. it was fantastic and really makes me want to work for NASCAR. i don't think i have any connections there but perhaps i'll work on that. i don't want to drive a car or change tires. i just want to work for a team. maybe be the person who keeps the driver on schedule or something. oh i would love it. here are a few photos from the night. my iphone doesn't have a zoom so yes, we were super close!

mr. carl edwards during a pit stop. i love him. he might be nudging kasey out of my #1 spot in my heart. and yes, he is as cute in person as on tv. and normal size. not mini like the most of them :) nice guy!

if you are a single girl and have been wondering where in the world all the really good looking guys are? well ... i found them. they are in the pits at these races. i'm not kidding. woah. there are like 10 people on a team and i'd say 70% of them are very very good looking. i'm gonna try to spend a little more time in the pits :)
