have i ever told you all how much i love my father? if not then you should know it right now. i love my father. seriously he is an amazing man. i have been so blessed to have 2 of the most wonderful parents ever known to man. warts and all.
this man is my father, Louis. he is the provider for my home. he is where i get some of my facial features. he isn't always right where i need him to be, but I know he is loving me from whenever he is."

i am thankful to be 26 and to be able to look back at my childhood and see through the clouds and see that i have an amazing dad. so today i say "I LOVE YOU DAD!" and mean it from the bottom of my heart.
here is something i wrote in my personal journal about 3 years ago. it still stands true.
"this man has the sweetest spirit of any person i know. he has loved me through so many things in my life. he has taught me all that i know and continues to teach me new and wonderful things everyday. he has set the standard for so many important things in my life. he has always tried to be the perfect example of a Godly man even through his failures and has always embraced our sweet Savior with all that he has. he is patient and kind. he is a provider and a friend. he loves me without question. he overlooks my faults and is not afraid to tell me when i need to change. he encourages me with my walk with Christ. he tells me he is proud of me even though spoken words are not even necessary, i can see it in his eyes. he is proud of me and makes me feel like a princess. he writes me sweet letters in order to communicate things that are sometimes not easy to communicate. he supports me in every way possible. he trusts me and allows me to grow up. he knows what i am capable of and won't let me settle for anything less.
this man is my father, Louis. he is the provider for my home. he is where i get some of my facial features. he isn't always right where i need him to be, but I know he is loving me from whenever he is."
