well, this holiday was certainly different than most. i closed on my house 5 days before Christmas so mom and dad came up to help me get all moved in. we left on saturday to go to mississippi. made the trip to madison for christmas then back up here to nashville with kendy, eliza kate, mom and dad to finishing moving in. whew. if reading that wore you out imagine how i feel. it was crazy but it was great.
we celebrated mom's birthday while she was here. she got a hair cut and we went to the pancake pantry. it was as wonderful as usual. kendy got eliza kate the "bears in the snow" pancakes which consists of bear shaped pancakes covered in powered sugar and chocolate chips. eliza kate had chocolate from head to toe. she was scraping at the plate to get all of the sugar off. it was cute but she was a mess. here is a picture of adventure that it was.
and so another year closes. it's hard to believe it really is over. but 2008 is just a few hours away.
