i consider myself so blessed to work in a place that is cool and shaded from the heat. our air did go out last week for 2 days but it wasn't that bad. i also have the luxury of parking in a parking garage under our building so i never have to actually walk out in the heat. praise the Lord. there are times during the year when i am sad i don't really see the sunlight much, but the last few weeks it hasn't bothered me at all. for the following reason. this is the temperature thing in my car. 111 degrees? i know that some of that is heat from the road, but honestly? 111 degrees? and that was at 6PM. yuck. when will the heat stop? if it's this hot here i hate to think what it is like for all of you in Mississippi.
on a side note ... have i really put 25,000 miles on my car in a year? yes i have. wow!

ReplyDelete25,000 miles huh? you're quite the little traveler! :) i, on the other hand, have had my car for nearly 4 years...i only have about 45,000 miles on mine.
the 1 mile commute to work kills me everyday. :)
