i faced one of my biggest unspoken fears today.
i gave blood.
and it wasn't that bad. at all.
facing fears no matter how small or big are huge steps in my life.
i'm proud of myself today.
yay me.
i got this coaster for donating. haha. i mean i kinda wanted an umbrella. oh well, maybe next time.
